Eagle Brant Colledge in Sickening Foxtel Cup Collision
Young West Coast Eagle Brant Colledge was the victim of some horrifying friendly fire in Tuesday night’s Foxtel Cup game between East Perth and Norwood at Subiaco.
Colledge showed tremendous courage as he backed into a contest, only to be kneed in the face by teammate Scott Lycett.
The good news for Colledge is that he was released from hospital after just an hour according to West Coast’s website.
“Colledge has a laceration under his eye and a mild concussion, but is otherwise fine.”
“There are no facial fractures or other injuries, but he will have a few quiet days as he recovers from the match and that incident.”
