How did the worst team in Australia go this week?

Playing out of Division 3 of the South Australian Amateur Football League (SAAFL), Kilburn are having one of the worst seasons you are ever likely to see.

After fifteen rounds, the ‘Chics’ find themselves winless with a percentage of 2.88.

According to Adelaide Now, a player exodus occurred at the end of 2013 after some players were not paid in full. This left the club struggling to find replacement players who have mostly come from country leagues.

The club has vowed to remain in Division 3, despite a league push to have them demoted.
